Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
Important Notice:
Returns sent to us without prior inquiry and approval will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.
Timeframe:
You may return the product within 30 days of receipt. After these 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer either a refund or an exchange.
Conditions:
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is a concern, they must be thoroughly cleaned prior to being returned.
Exclusions:
Certain products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and specific health-related products.
Initiating the Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@rotivia.com including your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product in case of damage (if applicable), and your contact details. Returns without prior notification will be considered invalid. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.
Return Shipping at Your Own Risk:
Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for lost packages or those held by customs during the return process.
Track & Trace:
Your return must be shipped with a track & trace code, which must be shared with us. This allows us to determine exactly when your return reaches our warehouse and to initiate the refund process immediately. Without a tracking code, we cannot trace the shipment, and the right to a refund will be forfeited, as we cannot confirm that the order has actually been received.
Refund
Process:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@stilora.de.
Costs
Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend including a track & trace code with your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Return shipping costs start at 20 Euros and are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, we will always send you a replacement free of charge. -
Order Cancellation:
Due to our automated system, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
